Kiang Wu Nursing College of Macau President Van Iat Kio and Professor Zhu Mingxia took part in the work meeting cum nursing education summit organized by the Nursing Teaching Steering Committee for Nursing Education in Higher Education Institution of the Ministry of Education and Nursing Sub-Committee of the National Medical Graduate Education Steering Committee took place in Kunming China on 11 to 13 December. 

The summit focused on the certification of nursing professionals as well as the specialized assessment for postgraduate degree in nursing. Education experts in the health care field from home and abroad shared their studies, resolutions, experiences through keynote speeches and discussions to promote the reform and development of nursing education in China.
