KWNC invited the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) from the United Kingdom to conduct an Institutional Quality Audit for the College in November 2015 and received confidence ratings from the Agency. The College is working on follow-up action plans according to the feedback of QAA to continuously assure and improve the quality of academic standards and curriculum, which is one of the major objectives of the College.

All staff of KWNC gathered on 13 March at Grand Coloane Resort for the Retreat of Academic Year 2015/2016. President Van gave a presentation on the education and nursing trends defined by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development with practical analysis of the College and local situations. During the discussion session, the strengths and weaknesses of the College identified during the Institutional Audit process were reviewed and relevant improvement suggestions were brought up. Further action plans for quality assurance measures were discussed.

Besides presentations and discussions, KWNC also arranged some interactive games and exercises for staff to relax and work out.
