A delegation of four from the Medical College of Panzhihua University (PZHU) including Vice-President Lan Ma, Head of Nursing Department Ji Hui, Coordinator of Nursing Programme and Associate Professor Zhou Hui and Head of Nursing Teaching and Research Office Duan Siyu visited Kiang Wu Nursing College of Macau (KWNC) from 22 to 26 November for academic exchange. During their stay a number of activities took place, including observation of lectures of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Programme, visit to Nursing & Health Education Research Centre (NHC) and nursing laboratories, observation of clinical teaching at Kiang Wu Hospital and the community as well as participation in the "Workshop for In-home Elderly Caregivers" and "Seminar on Nursing Education". 

Panzhihua city is located in the southwest of Sichuan Province which is well known for its livable geographical location and climate optimal for health maintenance and development of health-related industry. The delegation had active exchanges with representatives of KWNC on health of older persons and training for professionals. They were also interested in the implementation of English teaching of KWNC, regarding which they also took part in observing different English teaching classes. Active discussions then went on between the delegates and teachers for further exchanges and mutual learning.
