A delegation of 7 leaders led by Pu Yuzhong, CPC Party Secretary of Changzhou University visited Kiang Wu Nursing College of Macau (KWNC) on 24 April, 2017 for exchanges on nursing talent development as well as to sign a cooperation agreement through which further collaboration and development between both institutions will be implemented. 

The delegation was warmly welcomed by President Van Iat Kio, Vice-President Xing Zhihong and Executive Officer of Education Department Tsang Sau Mui. According to CPC Party Secretary Pu Yuzhong, KWNC possesses more experiences in the teaching of nursing as the School of Nursing of Changzhou University was established in 2011. It is therefore the purpose of their visit to Macao, so that further quality teaching experiences can be learnt from KWNC. Another leader, the President of the School of International Education and Exchange of Changzhou University Chen Ying, expressed that there is certain manpower demand for Changzhou due to its development in services for older adults, as a result having a bigger concern in gerontological nursing and researches. Such ideology matches the development direction of KWNC, therefore both institutions decided to sign a cooperation agreement in recognizing the mutual cooperation between the institutions. 

Other guests also included Director of Academic Affairs Office Xu Shoukun, Director of Development and Planning Department Meng Qi, Director of Human Resources Department Guan Chunying, President of School of Business Zhang Hongru and Deputy Director of Industry-University-Research Cooperative Office Peng Mingguo.
