1. 學院將國際護士會的6項護士核心才能與兩大課程目標相結合,與國際護理人才的基本要求相一致。課程遵循“成效為本”的課程模式,構建了與6項核心才能相匹配的11項課程預期學習成效。課程目標和課程預期學習成效與學院辦學宗旨密切契合,體現了很好的一致性。
2. 審視課程所在學院設有組織架構完整的學術管理團隊和教研團隊。成員均在本學科和本專業領域中具有一定影響力和豐富知識,並遵守學院規章;學院通過各種績效制度鼓勵年輕教師繼續深造,提升學位層次;通過參加多種形式學術活動教師提高學術水準,並通過內部管理,課程審視和認證等手段發現問題,保證教學品質持續改進。
3. 學院為學生的學術成長及品格養成提供了廣泛支援,為學生提供適宜的學習環境,設有圖書館、育仁中心、資訊中心、專業才能培訓中心、校園管理暨發展部等為教學活動的開展和學生的成長提供了保障;學院根據各類學生的不同需求,提供各種支援,讓學生儘快適應校園生活;通過各種管道,瞭解學生的學習情況,並有針對的措施幫助和促進學生學習。

Throughout the accreditation process, the Panel determined the College attained high standards in each of the three (3) broad accreditation areas namely, Programme, Resources and Support, and Quality Assurance of Programme. The College employs staff with the necessary expertise and qualifications to design, manage and monitor a postgraduate programme. Further, resources and support available to both students and staff are more than adequate to enhance professional and personal development and support substantial growth in student numbers. The Panel is satisfied that the quality assurance measures proposed are appropriate and adequate to protect students, staff, other stakeholders and the reputation of the College. Therefore, the Panel has a high level of confidence that the Master of Nursing Programme proposed by the College will meet the needs of students and industry partners and enhance health outcomes for the community of Macao.
