 7. Urine routine test

 8. Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) test

 9. Hepatitis B surface antibody (HBsAb) test

 10.Chest x-ray (anteroposterior view)

 Note:                      
 In addition to completing the physical check-
 up required by our college, all students must
 receive the following vaccines and provide the
 vaccination record before registration
 according to the requirements of Health
 Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative
 Region Government.

 1. Hepatitis B vaccine (3 doses), provide test result of Hepatitis B surface  antibody testing

 2. Measles + Rubella vaccine (3 doses)
    Method 1: Measles (2 doses) + Rubella vaccine (1 dose)
    Method 2: MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella) vaccine (2 doses)

 3. Tetanus-containing vaccine (3 doses, the most recent shot must be given  within the past ten years before entrance)

 4. Diphtheria and pertussis-containing vaccine (at least 1 dose)

 5. Poliomyelitis-containing vaccine (at least 4 doses)
