Non-local applicants of the “Bachelor of Science in Nursing Programme” of the Academic Year 2021/2022 being admitted after the interview are required to submit the check-up report to the College, provided that the required check-up items are included. The detailed arrangements of the physical check-up are listed as follows:

1. Mainland students: A physical check-up report issued by a medical organization at or above the county level during the current China’s National College Entrance Exam (Gaokao) should be submitted for application. The detailed required check-up items are listed as follows:

Physical Check-up Items
1. General check-up Blood pressure, pulse, respiration, height, weight
2. Internal medicine check-up Heart, lung, liver, nervous system, thyroid, lymph gland, spine, limbs
3. Ear, nose and throat check-up Ear (hearing), nasopharynx, pharynx
4. Eye check-up Eyesight and colour vision check
5. Blood test Blood routine, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, alanine aminotransferase, hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and hepatitis B surface antibody (HBsAb) tests, urine routine test, chest X-ray
Note: In addition to completing the physical check-up required by our college, all students must receive the following vaccines and provide the vaccination record before registration according to the requirements of Health Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government.	1. Hepatitis B vaccine (3 doses), provide test result of Hepatitis B surface antibody testing
	2. Measles + Rubella vaccine (3 doses) Method 1: Measles (2 doses) + Rubella vaccine (1 dose) Method 2: MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella) vaccine (2 doses)
	3. Tetanus-containing vaccine (3 doses, the most recent shot must be given within the past ten years before entrance)
	4. Diphtheria and pertussis-containing vaccine (at least 1 dose)
	5. Poliomyelitis-containing vaccine (at least 4 doses)

2. Hong Kong students: Applicants being admitted after the interview may choose to undertake the physical check-up, provided that the required check-up items are included below:

International students: Applicants being admitted after the interview may undertake physical check-up at the local registered medical organizations, provided that the required check-up items are included. Please submit the check-up report to the College by June 2021. The detailed arrangements of the physical check-up are listed as follows:
