Internal / External Elective Credits
Electives are offered in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Programme to foster students’ personal development and train their critical thinking. There are subjects of liberal arts and general studies such as Philosophy, Life and Death Education, and English Appreciation. Other professional nursing subjects include Epidemiology, Clinical Reasoning and Decision Making, and Traditional Chinese Medicine and Nursing. The purposes of offering these subjects are to promote general education besides professional education, and at the same time nurture holistic development in students.
