Brief information:

A study on the users' perceptions of Personal Emergency Response Service (PERS) in Macao was done in 2010. Four years since then, the number of users has increased to about 3,000. This follow-up survey looks into the perceptional change of the users. All the data collected from the survey will be used as reference for future improvement of PERS.
