Brief information:

By reviewing the use of helpline service for older persons with dementia, this study evaluates the Macao public's needs for help with dementia. It evaluates users’ opinions on the content, convenience of the helpline service and the attitude of those who man the helpline. It further explores the feasibility of developing a helpline service for dementia and its mode of operation.

Action research using mixed methods (quantitative and qualitative)
