Brief information:

In view of a severe shortage of senior nursing staff and a lack of training environment in Macao's clinical and academic institutions, a collaborative training programme for senior nursing personnel was established between Kiang Wu Hospital and Kiang Wu Nursing College. The purpose of the Programme is to facilitate exchange of senior members of nursing staff for teaching and clinical study purposes and advance clinical development for the two sides. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Programme.
