Brief information: 

This study looks at the multi-faceted leadership that a nursing manager should possess from different perspectives (superior, subordinate and the nursing manager themselves). Based on this, a training programme is developed to nurture the leadership of nursing managers under clinical situations in order to cope with the shortages of clinical human resources.
