  • Interactive Talks Helps Students to manage Coronavirus Stress

To reduce the stress placed on freshmen and second year students, which might have effects on their mental health, Jojo Lam, psychological counsellor of Kiang Wu College held interactive talk sessions about career navigation and emotional triggers. To help the student assess their mental struggles, which include stress, anxiety and depression. The students were encouraged to express their feelings and thoughts through the sessions’ games. Moreover, the students shared and discussed about how to provide emotional self-care, adjust emotions accordingly and find reputable help sources, in order to achieve positive effects from career support and self-care. In addition, the lecturer and students interacted and actively participated during the sessions.
