1. Loans

Present your Library card/student card when borrowing items at the circulation counter during the opening hours of the Library.

2. Returns

Return your loan to the circulation counter during the opening hours of the Library. 

3. Renewals

Loans may be renewed at the circulation counter during the opening hours of the Library, or online by using E-library System, or calling at 82956280.

4. How to place a hold on a loaned item

4.1. You may request to hold a checked-out item at the circulation counter with your student card.

4.2. You can also hold it online by using our E-library System with your library account. 

4.3. Once the item on hold has been returned, the holder will have two days to collect it within two days of email notifications. 

4.4. Where the item is being held by more than one reader, notification will be issued thereto in order of their requests. 

5. Recalls

Overdue notices will be emailed to borrowers.
