目的：分析澳門地區心血管疾病死亡率及其變動趨勢，為制定心血管疾病的防治措施提供科學的依據。方法：搜集澳門人口統計及統計年鑑的心血管死亡數據資料，用SPSS-10及EXCEL2000計算醫學人口統計指標。結果：1992年～2000年澳門地區心血管疾病年平均死亡率為81.8/105，主要死因順位依次為：心力衰竭、慢性缺血性心臟病、急性心肌梗塞、慢性肺源性心臟病及特發性高血壓。慢性心血管疾病的逐年平均死亡率有下降趨勢，而急性心血管疾病的逐年死亡率變化不穩定或稍呈上升趨勢。結論：心血管疾病在主要死因中是死亡率最高者，嚴重危害澳門居民的健康與生命，特別是老年人組，應大力加強心血管疾病的防治工作。

Objective: To analyze the mortality rate and changing trend on cardiovascular diseases (CVD) in Macau, in order to provide scientific reference data for the strategies of prevention and treatment. Methods: The data of CVD gathered from and in Macau from 1992 to 2000. The statistical health index was computed by SPSS-10 and Excel-2000. Results: The average mortality rate CVD was 81.8/105 from 1992 to 2000. The main death causes of CVD was ranked as follow: heart failure, chronic ischaemic heart diseases, acute myocardial infraction, chronic pulmonary heart diseases and essential hypertension. The annual average mortality of chronic CVD was in a descending trend. But the mortality cure line of acute CVD was the one of highest level in the death causes which had begun to threaten the residence in Macau, especially to the older group. The prevention and treatment of CVD should be strengthened as soon as possible.
