Institutional Accreditation
The College invited the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA), UK, for institutional accreditation in 2023, reviewed the College's self-evaluation document and related evidences, and sent an expert team to conduct an online visit. The panel gave the College three good grades, including quality of information and communication, research support from academic staff, and institutional financial plan. The College's governance is in line with the requirements of international accreditation bodies.
ADI Provider Accreditation of Alzheimer's Disease International
The College has been awarded the ADI Provider Accreditation by the Alzheimer's Disease International (ADI), making it the first organization in the world to complete the ADI Provider Accreditation, as well as the only training organization in Macao to be awarded the ADI Provider Accreditation. The College underwent the ADI Provider Accreditation of Alzheimer's Disease International from 28 to 30 September 2021. The ADI formed a global panel of seven experts from the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Singapore, Indonesia, Israel, etc., who conducted a total of nine online meetings with the College's leadership, programme quality control team, teaching and research staff, students and stakeholders, and reviewed the self-assessment report and related documents. The accreditation panel unanimously agreed that the College meets the standards of the ADI as a programme provider, and that the Programme in Dementia Care Organiser (DCO) and the Programme in Dementia Care Giver (DCG), which are targeted at health professionals (medicine, nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, social work, psychology, pharmacy, etc.) as well as dementia caregivers at home and in residential settings, are recognized by the ADI.

International Recognition - Doctor of Philosophy (Nursing) (PhD) Programme
"Doctor of Philosophy (Nursing) (PhD) Programme" was accredited by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) of United Kingdom in April 2023 with 8 outstanding practices, including (Original in English):
| 1. | The Kiang Wu Nursing College of Macau and School of Nursing Peking Union Medical College offer a wide range of elective subjects for PhD students. |
| 2. | The research and theory programmes are well integrated, and the amount of research work and coursework is appropriate for a three-year programme. |
| 3. | Continuous assessment is used to check students' progress and achievement of expected learning outcomes. |
| 4. | There are clear assessment instructions for the opening statement and thesis defense. |
| 5. | An online course on academic integrity is offered to new students so that they are aware of the importance of academic integrity. |
| 6. | A structured staff appraisal system and committee to oversee programme development. |

International Quality Assurance -Master of Nursing Programme (MN)
"Master of Nursing Programme (MN)" was accredited by authoritative nursing experts (from Mainland China, Hong Kong and Australia) in 2017, and after passing the accreditation, it was successfully registered in Macao, making it the first institution (College) in Macao to offer a Master's degree programme on its own . After 5 years of operation, the programme completed the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) of United Kingdom programme review in April 2023 and was assessed as having 6 outstanding practices, including ( original text in English ):
| 1. | Admissions review systems and enrolment analysis tools are used to facilitate future enrolment planning. |
| 2. | Diversified learning modes that can be better integrated into the curriculum, with learning activities such as Mastermind Workshops, face-to-face classes, seminars, discussions, laboratory classes, tutorials, academic tutorials, case studies, and self-study with recommended reading materials. |
| 3. | The use of continuous assessment is an effective way to keep an eye on students' learning progress and reduce the pressure of final examinations on students. |
| 4. | A well-structured staff appraisal system and a number of committees are in place to monitor programme development effectively. |
| 5. | Provide a wide range of support for staff's professional development, including study leave and study allowances. |
| 6. | The full range of features of the TronClass Virtual Learning Environment can be used for student management, facilitating academic engagement, supporting teaching and learning, managing student groups, and assessment participation. |
International Quality Assurance - Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Nursing Programme (PDAN)
"Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Nursing Programme (PDAN)" completed the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) of United Kingdom programme review in 2021 and was awarded with 3 commendations including (original text in English):
| 1. | The strong philosophical foundation of the College, which is evident in all aspects of the programme from design to delivery. |
| 2. | The significant contribution the PDAN makes to the development of specialist nursing practice in Macau. |
| 3. | The highly effective communication between the College, clinical placement providers and mentors that ensures a coherent learning experience for students. |
International and National Accreditation - Bachelor of Science in Nursing Programme (BSN)
"Bachelor of Science in Nursing Programme (BSN)" is the first four-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing Programme in Macao. Since its inception in 2001, the College has organized its own international validation by nursing experts (from the UK, Australia, Brazil, and Hong Kong), and has been conducting regular programme reviews and quality audits in 2009 and 2015 for continuous improvement of the curriculum. The 2015 Programme Quality Audit was commended by a panel of experts on the following topics:

The College has established a systemic to collect stakeholders' feedback on not only programme matters but also the core competencies of the graduates. This is especially commendable for professional programmes whose graduates are expected to meet the expectations of the society and the profession. In this programme, for example, the stakeholders' comments on "graduates possessing professional ethics and integrity" have further reflected the achievement of the College's educational philosophy and the programme's aims and ILOs.
"Bachelor of Science in Nursing Programme (BSN)" completed the programme review and pass the professional accreditation under the auspices of Education Quality Evaluation Agency of the Ministry of Education（EQEA）of China in December 2020 and December 2023 respectively. The EQEA Nursing Professional Accreditation Working Committee has arranged for a 7-member expert team to review the College's self-evaluation document, supporting evidences and site visits, based on the 10 core aspects of the "National Standards for Nursing Teaching Quality".
